May Activities!

Sensory Story Time- Saturday, May 14th 11AM at Hanover Branch  For children ages 2-8 who have a hard time in large groups, are on the autism spectrum, or are sensitive to sensory overload.  If your child has difficulty sitting through one of our other story times, this one might be right for you.   

Darrell House! - Monday, May 16th at 1:30 PM at Hanover Branch  Children's Author and musician Darrell House will give a concert that's fun for all ages!  He visits us from sunny Florida and his performance is possible through ARTS 2 Kids program funded by the Madison Elks

Stuffed Animal Sleepover! - Friday, May 20th Drop-off your stuffed animal for a night of fun in the library.  We'll have an awesome time and you can come back to pick up your friends on Saturday morning at 10AM for a light breakfast and to see highlights from the sleepover.

Home School Art Gala - Enjoy an evening out viewing art by young local artists. Paintings, photos, sculpture, fabric art and mixed media.  Light refreshments provided.  Home school students who would like to be a part of the show contact the Children's Librarian kara@mjcpl.org 

Author Visit:  Bethel Larsen "The Box House" June 1st at 11AM  Bethel will read us her book and the kids will get to help decorate box houses!
